Four days of instructor-led preparation for the Certified Quantum Technology Professional credential: quantum computing, sensing, and communications, and what each means in practice.

Built for those who need to evaluate quantum computing vendors and platforms for your organization, who are responsible for quantum computing strategy or investment recommendations, and who must assess which quantum applications are realistic today versus aspirational.

What you will cover

• Explain how quantum computers work (qubits, gates, circuits, measurement) at a level sufficient for technology evaluation without requiring physics
• Evaluate and compare five major hardware modalities: superconducting, trapped-ion, photonic, neutral-atom, and silicon spin
• Assess quantum algorithms for enterprise applicability, distinguishing demonstrated value from theoretical promise
• Compare quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Google Quantum AI, Azure Quantum, IonQ, Quantinuum) on capabilities, access models
• Identify integration requirements for quantum-classical hybrid architectures including HPC coupling, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration
• Conduct organizational quantum readiness assessments covering talent, infrastructure, use cases, and governance

The format

Four days, 09:00 to 16:30 each day: 24 hours of instruction, six hours of teaching daily within a schedule that includes breaks. Included: Course handbook, 180 days of access to the online on-demand course, certificate of completion.
