- The quantum threat to cryptography (HNDL, TNFL, CRQC timeline assessment)
- NIST post-quantum standards and regulatory drivers
- Cryptographic inventory and CBOM methodology (hands-on)
- NIST PQC algorithm evaluation (ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA, FN-DSA, HQC)
- Hybrid implementation design (key exchange and signatures)
- Protocol migration assessment (TLS, SSH, IPsec, PKI)
- Migration planning and prioritization with the PQC Migration Framework
- Project, change and vendor management basics
- Cryptographic agility
The format
20 hours over 3 days. Delivered live on three consecutive days, Thursday to Saturday, 07:00 to 15:00 UTC each day, for participants in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific. That is 08:00 to 16:00 Frankfurt time, 11:00 to 19:00 Dubai time, or 15:00 to 23:00 Singapore time. Each day has 6 hours 40 minutes of teaching within an eight-hour schedule that includes lunch and breaks. Included: Course handbook, 180 days of on-demand access, PQCS certification exam, certificate of completion.

Prerequisite: None. We teach the Foundation material at a faster pace than the separate course. We recommend the Bootcamp for learners who already know the basics of cryptography and the quantum threat.
The price includes the PQCS certification exam. You book your exam sitting separately after the course.
