In government and defense, the deadlines already exist in writing. CNSA 2.0 sets dated milestones, including January 2027 for new national security system acquisitions. NSM-10 directs agencies to inventory their cryptography and plan the migration. Suppliers inherit these requirements through contract flow-down, scoped by the systems and clauses in each acquisition.
The overview introduces the requirements for agencies, defense organizations and their suppliers. Outside the US, the material maps onto allied national programs with their own dates. In the intensive, you bring your systems inventory and contract obligations and leave with a plan mapped against dates that already exist. Bring contracting staff too. Much of the output is procurement language. We teach both courses from the Government and Defense Extension of the Applied Quantum PQC Migration Framework.
