Marin Ivezic has spent three decades in cybersecurity and over twenty years of it at the intersection of security and quantum technology. He founded one of the first offensive security agencies dedicated to critical national infrastructure and defense systems, and has since served as interim CISO and CTO at multiple Fortune Global 500 organizations and led cybersecurity and quantum technology practices at IBM, Accenture, PwC, and KPMG.
He is the founder of Applied Quantum, the first quantum-dedicated professional services and systems integration firm, and the developer of the open-source Applied Quantum PQC Migration Framework used by organizations worldwide to plan post-quantum transitions. He is the author of books Quantum Ready, Quantum Systems Integration, and Quantum Sovereignty, writes at PostQuantum.com, and has taught quantum security and post-quantum cryptography to practitioners globally, including as a former SANS instructor.
At Quantum Academy, Marin is the author of the certification bodies of knowledge and the core curriculum across the Quantum Security & PQC and Quantum Systems Integration domains.
