A vehicle sold this year will still be on the road well past the point where its cryptography is expected to hold. Over-the-air update signing is the sharpest case: if the signing scheme cannot be changed remotely, the fleet loses its route to every future fix, cryptographic or otherwise.
This is a working day, delivered privately. You bring your own platform architecture and supplier map, and you leave with a plan covering the fleet on the road, the platform in development, and the suppliers underneath both.

Vehicle security architects, OTA and backend platform leads, V2X and connectivity engineering, product cybersecurity staff who own ISO/SAE 21434 work, and supplier quality and procurement. OEMs and tier-one suppliers both.
Procurement belongs in the room. Most of what an OEM can change about the next platform is written into supplier requirements.

The day itself produces an OTA signing migration plan for fleet and platform, a vehicle and backend cryptographic dependency map, a fleet segmentation model by update capability, and supplier cryptographic requirement language for the next platform. All are editable and yours to keep.
