Insurers face the transition from both sides. Policyholder data stays confidential for decades and the systems holding it have to migrate, which is the same problem every sector has. The second problem is particular. Cyber underwriting has to form a view on quantum risk in the policies it has already written.
This is a working day, delivered privately, and it runs both threads. You leave with a migration plan and with an underwriting position you can defend to a reinsurer.

Insurance CISOs and security architects, cyber underwriting leads, actuarial and risk staff working on cyber exposure, and the claims and policy wording specialists who will have to live with whatever position gets adopted.
The day only works with both sides present. Security teams and underwriters rarely plan together, and this is a subject where they have to.

- Sequence migration across policy administration, claims, and the broker and reinsurer interfaces

- Assess accumulation risk across a cyber book where insureds share cryptographic dependencies
- Read a client’s post-quantum readiness claim critically during underwriting
- Draft policy wording questions that need answering before the market settles them for you

Every participant receives the course handbook, a PDF of the full material with the instructor notes written out, and a PDF copy of Quantum Ready. The day itself produces an internal cryptographic estate map and migration sequence, a quantum risk underwriting position paper, an accumulation exposure model for the cyber book, and a readiness assessment question set for use in underwriting. All are editable and yours to keep.

Morning, second block. Exposure and sequencing. Confidentiality horizons by data type, and the migration order that follows from them.
Afternoon, first block. Underwriting the risk. Building a position. Accumulation across the book. What a readiness claim from an insured is actually worth.
Afternoon, second block. The plan and the position. Assemble both. Draft the questions that go to the reinsurer and the ones that go into the submission process.

Quantum-Safe Insurance is the prerequisite in substance rather than in rule.
