- Compose teams across the five bench areas (cryptographic engineering, infrastructure/PKI, vendor management, GRC, program management)
- Build phased migration plans using the Applied Quantum PQC Migration Framework
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across vendor timelines, internal readiness, and regulatory dates
