PQC Program Lead

For program and project managers who will run a post-quantum migration. Earn PQCS and PQCM, plan the migration in your industry's intensive, then learn to schedule and deliver it in waves.

PQCM is the credential for this role. It validates that you can plan, govern and execute a migration program. PQCM requires an active PQCS. PQCS training requires the Post-Quantum Foundation certificate of completion, so we list those two first.

Then you apply what you learned. In the intensive for your industry, you draft a migration plan and a year-one roadmap from your own records or from a sample organization we provide. In PQC Migration Project Management, you structure that plan as a multi-year program. In PQC Migration: Executing the Waves, you learn to take each wave from pilot to production.

  1. Post-Quantum Foundation

    Half a day on the quantum threat, the NIST standards and the migration phases. PQCS training requires its certificate of completion.
